Premier Angling – Website Terms & Conditions

Welcome to premierangling.ie (the “Site”). These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your use of the Site and any purchase of goods from the Site. By accessing or using our Site — including browsing, registering an account, placing orders, or purchasing goods — you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Definitions

“We”, “us”, “our” refers to Premier Angling, located at Cunnahurt, Nenagh, Co. Tipperary, E45 H927, Ireland.
“You”, “your”, “user”, “customer” refers to anyone accessing or using the Site or placing orders on the Site.
“Goods” refers to any products offered for sale on the Site (e.g. fly fishing gear, fly tying materials, accessories, gift cards, etc.).
“Order” means a user’s request to purchase one or more Goods via the Site.

2. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict or inhibit anyone else’s use of the Site.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials (if you create an account) and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Orders and Acceptance

All Orders are subject to acceptance by us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any Order for any reason, including but not limited to: Goods being out of stock, errors in pricing or description, or suspicion of fraud.
Once we accept your Order, we will confirm by sending a dispatch confirmation to your email. That confirmation constitutes the formation of a contract between you and us.

4. Prices & Payment

Prices displayed on the Site are in Euro (€) and include applicable taxes (unless otherwise stated).
Payment must be made at the time of placing the Order, using the methods offered on the Site.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors on the Site, even after an Order has been accepted, provided you are contacted and offered the option to reconfirm the Order at the corrected price or cancel it.

5. Delivery & Risk

We will deliver Goods to the address you provide at checkout. Delivery times are estimates only; we are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers.
Risk in and responsibility for the Goods passes to you when the Goods are delivered to the delivery address you provided.

6. Returns, Cancellations & Refunds

Please refer to our separate Returns & Refund Policy which forms part of these Terms.
If you wish to cancel an Order before dispatch, contact us as soon as possible. Once Goods have been dispatched you may only cancel or return in accordance with our Returns Policy (if applicable).
Any refund we issue will be made by the same method as the original payment, unless otherwise agreed.

7. Intellectual Property & Use of Content

All content on the Site (including text, images, graphics, logos, product descriptions) is owned or licensed by us and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property rights.
You may view and print a copy of any page for your own personal use, but you must not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit content from the Site without our prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer

The information and materials on the Site are provided “as is.” While we strive for accuracy, we make no warranties or representations as to the completeness or reliability of any content or description of Goods.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for any loss or damage (direct or indirect) arising from or in connection with your use of the Site or purchase or use of Goods.
Nothing in these Terms affects statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable Irish or EU law.
