This selection gives a wide range of both dry and wet flies to imitate the Daddy-Long-Legs or Crane fly which appears from June to September. Fish will take them with variant bodies of silver tinsel, or detached coloured chenille and these patterns are excellent catchers of both trout and salmon. Hoppers can also be fished to imitate the grasshopper and in smaller sizes they work superbly in a hatch of midges.
