A new design using fluorescent floss as a rib. I designed this fly during the winter with the idea of including a fluorescent tail and rib.It looks a bit like a Yellow Octopus variant. Fish it on the top dropper with couple of other wet mayfly patterns.Its new with no history so let me know if you have success.
