This beautiful pattern is a variant on Kingsmill Moore’s famous Golden Olive Bumble. The muddler head gives it a buoyancy and bulk that makes it an ideal top dropper fly. It is very successful fished in the surface film from April on and is very effective as a top dropper fly at Mayfly time.
