- Red tags seem to add an extra attraction to many patterns and many anglers prefer their favourite patterns with the addition of same.
- Red in flies seems to have an added attraction to wild brown trout, especially towards the end of the fishing season and many trout and salmon anglers turn to patterns with this colour at this time.
- If you want to tie this pattern use Globrite No 4 Fluorescent Floss for the tag and Irish sparkle dubbing No. 2. Fiery Red for the central part of the dubbed body.
